LIFE Classes Sunday Mornings 9:15am
at Raleigh Assembly of God Church

Feeling lonely, disconnected, and desiring to form deep friendships with others?

In Raleigh Assembly's LIFE classes, you will get the opportunity to meet others while also being challenged by our anointed teaching staff to Learn to Live the Life, based on the following four principles:

L - Learning Together
As children, youth, and adults study the Bible in Sunday School, they learn to use biblical principles as a moral compass to guide and protect them throughout everyday life.

I - Including ALL Who Come
Sunday School includes people of all ages and presents the gospel at every person's level of understanding.

F - Finding Others Who Need To Know
Sunday School prepares people to find others who need to know Jesus.

E - Emerging For Ministry
Sunday School prepares people for ministry, helping them discover and develop abilities to serve others.

The process of growing and becoming is valuable to the Christian experience.  The statement you only get out what you put in can be a measuring rod for success or failure in our pursuit of Godliness.  When we give sparingly of our time, talents, and efforts we reap sparingly.  But it is also true that when we give generously, we reap generously (2 Corinthians 9:6). Could it be that if we give more effort and attention to a Life Class we will reap its generous benefits? Wake Up to Life Class 2008 and find out!

Ironmen

“As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another”-Proverbs 27:17
Howard Herlihy
Administration Building #212

10 Passions of a Man’s Soul
Join Ironmen as we continue a study on the “10 Passions of a Man’s Soul” by Mark Elfstrand. Why do men do what they do? Because they’re wired that way! The tamed man has been taught to suppress the very gifts that-properly channeled-would make all the difference in the world. By zeroing in on the unleashed man’s most instinctive passions, this class will hit the target of purpose, adventure, pleasure, legacy, power and more.   Warning: This class is for the Man’s Man

Book of Proverbs
Join the Cornerstone class as we dive into great teachings from the book of Proverbs. The book of Proverbs are short  poems (usually in couplet form), containing a holy mixture of common sense and timely warnings. Although they are not meant to teach  doctrine, a person who follows their advice will walk closely with God. These sayings, reminders, and admonitions will provide profound advice for governing and living your life.

Book of Galatians
Whether fleeing oppression, stepping out of prison, or breaking a strangling habit, freedom means life! There is nothing so exhilarating as knowing that the past is forgotten and that new options await. People yearn to be free. The book of Galatians is the charter of Christian freedom. In this profound letter, Paul proclaims the reality of our liberty in Christ-freedom from the law and the power of sin and freedom to serve our living Lord.
