Planning A Wedding at Raleigh Assembly

1. Schedule a meeting with Pastor Ron Woods.  Contact Teddy Overton @ 386-5055 or teddy@raleighassembly.com. (Allow 1 hour)
    
2. To schedule a preliminary wedding date on the church calendar, you need to contact Angela Harmon @ 385-7855 or angela@raleighassembly.com. 
    
   
3. Meet with the Wedding Coordinator at the church to go over ideas for the event. The Wedding Coordinator is available to meet with the couple periodically throughout the planning stages of the wedding.
    
   
4. All couples are required to attend a Preparation for Marriage Class.  The couple should allow approximately 10 weeks to complete this class. To set up classes contact Jim & Joan Byars @ 388-0045 or jjbyars@live.com .  This needs to be done 6 months prior to the wedding date.  (It can be done earlier if it works out better for the couple.)  This allows the couple to get this behind them, and concentrate on the wedding the last couple of months.

   • February 27 - April 16
   • May 7 - June 25
   • September 10 - October 29
